Terms of Service
These Terms govern IT services provided by Albert Wróbel via sparrowtech.pl. Last updated: 24 czerwca 2026.
1. General Provisions
The service provider is Albert Wróbel, Jana Pawła II 2/17, 09-140 Raciąż, Poland. Email: personal.wrobel@gmail.com, tel. +48 884 314 436.
These Terms apply to IT services: website development, web applications, process automation, IT support and related services.
2. Contract Formation
Submitting the contact form or sending an email constitutes a request for quotation, not a contract.
A contract is formed after the Client accepts an individual offer/quote sent by the Provider.
The offer specifies scope, timeline, remuneration and payment terms.
3. Remuneration and Payment
Remuneration is determined individually in the offer.
Payment is made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
An invoice or receipt is issued upon Client request in accordance with applicable law.
4. Service Delivery
Delivery timeline is specified in the offer or contract.
The Provider informs the Client about progress at agreed stages.
The Client agrees to timely provide materials and information necessary for project completion.
5. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email within 14 days of discovering a defect.
A complaint should describe the issue and expected resolution.
The Provider responds within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The right does not apply if the Provider fully performed the service with the Consumer's explicit consent, who was informed about losing the withdrawal right before service began.
Withdrawal notice should be sent to the Provider's email.
7. Liability
The Provider makes best efforts to deliver services with due care.
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the delivered solution by the Client or force majeure.
The Client is responsible for regular backups unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
After payment, the Client receives the right to use the delivered solution as agreed.
Source code and project materials transfer to the Client after full payment, unless the offer states otherwise.
The Provider may showcase completed projects in portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed.
9. Final Provisions
Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.
Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Provider's residence, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is available on the website.
